Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sliced pitted red plums (about 3 medium)
- 8 mint leaves, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups lemon sorbet
Instructions
- Toss the plums, mint and sugar in a large bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Place 1/4 cup scoop of sorbet in each of six bowls; spoon 1/4 cup plums and a teaspoon or two juice over each sorbet scoop.
