Italian Nectarines

Ingredients

  • 3 medium nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 1 1/2 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano, shaved thin with a vegetable peeler or cheese plane
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Place a nectarine half on each of six plates; top each with 1/4-ounce shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey.

    Serving size: 1 dressed nectarine half
