Ingredients
- 3 medium nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1 1/2 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano, shaved thin with a vegetable peeler or cheese plane
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place a nectarine half on each of six plates; top each with 1/4-ounce shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey.
