Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light cream cheese, room temperature, softened
- 2 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 large peaches, pitted and halved
Instructions
- Mash the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl with a fork; stir in the honey until smooth.
- Prepare the grill. Spray the rack, off the heat, with nonstick spray.
- When the grill is hot, grill the peaches cut side down until marked, about 1 minute. Alternatively, spray grill pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat; add the peaches cut side down and grill until marked, about 1 minute.
- Place a peach half cut side up on each of six plates; top each with 1 tablespoon sweetened cheese mixture.
