Grilled Peaches

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese, room temperature, softened
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 3 large peaches, pitted and halved

Instructions

  1. Mash the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl with a fork; stir in the honey until smooth.

  2. Prepare the grill. Spray the rack, off the heat, with nonstick spray.

  3. When the grill is hot, grill the peaches cut side down until marked, about 1 minute. Alternatively, spray grill pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat; add the peaches cut side down and grill until marked, about 1 minute.

  4. Place a peach half cut side up on each of six plates; top each with 1 tablespoon sweetened cheese mixture.
